General Laborer with Hydraulic Hose Experience
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a General Laborer with Hydraulic Hose Experience for a company based in Haltom City, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing and focusing on fabrication, repairing, and installing hydraulic hoses for industrial machinery, construction equipment, and vehicles. This role combines manual labor such as lifting heavy parts and cleaning work areas with technical tasks, including operating crimping machines, cutting hoses to spec, and attaching fittings.

Pay Rate
$18.00 Plus per hour or DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

General Laborer with Hydraulic Hose Experience Duties and Responsibilities
• Measure, cut, clean, and crimp industrial hydraulic hoses using machines like crimpers and saws.
• Remove, install, and troubleshoot damaged hydraulic hoses, fittings, and connectors on-site or in a shop.
• Pressure test assemblies to ensure they meet safety and performance standards, checking for leaks.

• Load/Unload materials, maintain a clean, organized work area, and assist technicians and other maintenance tasks.

• Maintain records of repairs, manage inventory of hoses and fittings, and prepare items for shipping.

General Laborer with Hydraulic Hose Experience Qualifications and Requirements
• Must have 6 at least 1 year of experience with hydraulic hoses or in a similar industrial/mechanical role.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic crimpers, and measuring tools (calipers, tape measures).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work in varying environments (hot/noisy).
• Must have experience with exposure to noise, hydraulic oils, and high-pressure equipment.

• Strict adherence to OSHA standards, using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background.
