We are currently seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in post-operative care and a passion for helping athletes and patients return to optimal performance.

Title - Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - Sports Medicine Clinic
Location: Marina District, San Francisco, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience) + team bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one, hands-on treatment sessions (45 minutes each)
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation specialists to deliver personalized care
• Support patients through injury prevention, surgical recovery, and performance optimization
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient progress records
• Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary team members
Qualifications
• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Minimum 2 years of independent experience in a school, collegiate, or clinical setting
• Experience with post-operative patients or athletes preferred
• Knowledge of soft tissue mobilization techniques preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
