Schedule & Clinical Environment

Flexible scheduling with the ability to shape your practice as it grows
Strong emphasis on research with active clinical trial participation
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards alongside Pathology, Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology
Shared call of 1:4 (consult-only), supporting work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
