Locums Internal Medicine in Chicago, Illinois - No Call, Weekday Schedule
This outpatient role focuses on continuity-based primary care for an older population, offering a structured weekday schedule with strong clinical support.
Highlights
- No call responsibilities
- Weekday-only schedule
- Lower daily volume at 16 to 18 patients
- Team-based care with MA, scribe, and RN support
Practice & Cases
- Outpatient primary care clinic
- Medicare-focused patient population
- Chronic disease management including diabetes and hypertension
- Preventive care with continuity visits
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Consistent daytime clinic hours
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Ongoing coverage blocks available
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Illinois license required
- DEA required
