Must be willing to work OT and on days off, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Able to train on days or swing shift if needed.

Shift Information
Day shift training: 6:55AM-3:25PM
Swing Shift Training: 3:25 PM 11:55 PM
Graveyard Shift: 10:25 PM 6:55 AM
Schedule: Monday Saturday
Key Responsibilities
Oil and lubricate mill machinery to ensure proper operation
Assist Millwrights and maintenance team with repairs and upkeep
Adjust tension on nuts, bolts, and mechanical components
Position and maintain equipment using hand and power tools
Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and work areas
Support general mill maintenance tasks
Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous mill maintenance or industrial required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to work weekends and OT
