RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Looking for a Critical Care RN. Will float to Med Surg as needed. 

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.         
One Chart/EPIC, Omnicell, Phillips tele monitoring/remote telemetry

Required skills and minimum years of experience.    
1 year ICU, if candidate has ER skills could use assistance there as well

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. 
BLS, ACLS, PALS required. TNCC preferred. MN license

Shift or schedule requirements. 
12 hour rotating shifts, 2 weekends on 6 week schedule, no call requirements, opportunity for additional shifts

Floating to over units/departments. 
ICU and MS beds are interchangeable within the unit. 
Potentially to ER if trained or float over to assist when busy. Respond to codes throughout acute care.

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Critical Access Hospital with 25 shared beds with ICU/MS/OB

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. 
Dependent on skill assignment. 1-2 patients if ICU, 4-6 patients if Med Surg assignment and/or if partnered with a co-assigned nurse for the shift.
