Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality images to assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions, while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic examinations as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately position patients to obtain optimal diagnostic images.
- Follow physician instructions and safety protocols precisely.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required).
- Must provide transcripts confirming a GPA of 3.0 or higher (Required).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting (Required).
Licensure & Certification:
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (Required).
- BLS Certification (Required).
Additional Requirements:
- Two letters of recommendation: one from a clinical instructor and one from a clinical coordinator (Required).
- Candidates must not have applied directly to this position to be eligible through an agency.
