Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We’re seeking dependable and patient‐focused Certified Nursing Assistants with acute care experience to support patients in an inpatient hospital setting. If you’re comfortable working in a high‐acuity environment and enjoy being a key part of the care team, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

• Per Diem
• 12‐Hour Shifts Only
• • 7am-7pm
  • 7pm-7am
    (Exact start times may vary by unit)

What You’ll Do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
• Obtain and record vital signs, intake/output, and other basic patient data
• Provide comfort, emotional support, and compassionate bedside care
• Assist nurses with basic patient care, procedures, and unit activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
• Document care activities accurately per facility guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care CNA experience required
• BLS or CPR certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐acuity environment
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‐centered approach to care
• Flexibility to work day or night 12‐hour shifts
