LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing cases from pre-filing through trial and post-judgment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of documents, court filings, and deadlines. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large volumes of documents, court filings, and deadlines. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, and trial preparation
- Draft and proofread legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, deposition summaries, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage electronic filings in state and federal courts
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and document databases
- Conduct legal research and cite checking
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks, billing, and time entry
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
