About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a reputable healthcare facility in King City, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings, helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
• Utilize a variety of rehabilitation techniques, tools, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with California State Practice Act and facility policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Active or eligible California Occupational Therapist License
• New graduates are welcome to apply (less than 1 year experience accepted)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
