Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU/MICU

Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Ocala, FL
Available Shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends)
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary: $32 – $48/hour (based on experience) plus benefits

Shift Differential: $4.25 Nights | $3 Weekends

Relocation: Case-by-case

Job Summary:

The ICU RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered critical care. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. Ensures accurate documentation, patient education, and adherence to evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients.
• Monitor patients and perform procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Document patient care and medication administration accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and manage patient care plans.
• Follow evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience (higher acuity preferred; strong Med/Surg considered).
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Florida RN License or Multistate Compact RN License.

• • BLS (AHA) – within 30 days of start
  • ACLS – within 30 days of start
  • TNCC or CCRN – within 1 year
