RN House Supervisor - Kane, PA
Night shift
- Supervised and coordinated nursing operations across all units, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards
- Led and supported nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), including assignments, staffing adjustments, and conflict resolution
- Acted as the primary decision-maker during shifts, managing emergencies, patient incidents, and operational issues
- Coordinated admissions, discharges, and communication with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensured adherence to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation/reporting processes
