Labor & Delivery RN (Multiple Openings – Days & Nights)
Location: Tulsa, OK
We are seeking Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple openings across different units within a leading healthcare system. Opportunities are available in both high-acuity and lower-volume settings, with day and night shift options.
Shifts Available:
- Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, on-call)
Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)
Compensation & Incentives:
- Pay Range: $33.15 – $51.39/hr
- Bonus: $10K Sign-On / Relocation
Unit Options:
High-Acuity / High-Volume Facility:
- 20 L&D rooms | 11 OB triage rooms | 3 surgical suites
- ~350 deliveries/month
- 40% high-risk cases
Smaller / Lower-Volume Facility:
- 8 L&D rooms | 2 surgical suites
- ~70 deliveries/month
- Close-knit team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
- Active Oklahoma RN License (or compact)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
