Clinical Scope

• Corneal crosslinking
• LASIK and PRK procedures
• Complex cataract surgery
• Corneal transplantation
• Endothelial keratoplasty, including DSAEK and DMEK
• Complex anterior segment cases

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives
• First-year earning potential of 500,000-800,000+
• 1-year partnership track with partners earning 1M+ annually

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
