Health Care Associate II Front Desk

• Register patients for appointments, verify eligibility, and update demographic information in the EPIC medical information system.
• Provide customer service by greeting patients, answering questions, and assisting with clinic navigation.
• Calculate charges, collect payments, and reconcile daily receipts in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and support operational logistics, including mobile clinic service needs when required.
• Manage patient records, maintain phone lines, and support preparation of exam rooms or medical charts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a community-based health care setting preferred.
• Proficiency with computer operations and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
