RN / LPN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Trach/Vent)
12-Hour Night Shifts | Paid Training | New Grads Welcome

Pay: $32–$34/hour
Now Hiring: Overnight Pediatric Homecare Nurse
Family First Homecare is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for a 5-year-old patient in the home setting. This is a high-acuity (GTV) case, ideal for nurses experienced with trach and ventilator care—or those eager to learn with paid training.
Schedule
- Sunday – Wednesday nights
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (preferred)
- Option: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Consistent, long-term case
Patient Acuity
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care
- Ventilator support
- G-tube feedings
- Close overnight monitoring
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care in the home
- Monitor respiratory status and ventilator function
- Perform trach care and suctioning
- Administer medications and tube feedings
- Document care accurately and communicate with the care team

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (or compact)
- Current CPR (in-person skills check)
- Willingness to learn trach/vent care (training provided)
- Reliable and compassionate
Preferred:
- Pediatric or homecare experience
- Trach/vent experience
