Initial Responsibilities:

• Meet and engage with customers, in-person in a retail setting
• Work in a retail-setting
• Meet weekly sales goals
• Experience on-the-job training

What you need to be a successful Entry Level Sales Representative:

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Leadership experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent communicator
• Great collaborator & team player
• Flexibility
• Social media experience
• Retail sales or restaurant background is a plus
