Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and state regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $55.51 – $79.14 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time) | $5,000 (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and mobility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapy License in good standing.
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Compliance with all California and federal PT regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
