Job Description
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes
- Interpret GD&T requirements
- Create detailed work instructions to support production
- Focus on continuous improvement through process optimization
- Tooling/workholding development and troubleshooting
- Work closely with machinists to develop SOPs and correct manufacturing issues
- Tooling and fixture design using Catia V5
Key Requirements
- Aerospace High Precision Machining, or Medical or IATF(Automotive) experience
- BS in Engineering with strong problem solving skills and engineering background
- 10+ years experience preferred
- MASTERCAM required
- Some 3D CAD for tooling/fixture design
