A rapidly growing medical practice in Alabama is seeking a Urologist to join its expanding team. This opportunity offers access to advanced surgical technology, strong clinical support, and the ability to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and well-respected setting.
Practice Highlights
- High-demand, rapidly growing practice with ample opportunity for professional growth
- General Urology practice, able to support subspecialty focus
- Resources include Da Vinci Si & Xi robotics
- Dedicated support staff includes 2 LPNs, 1 RN, 1 CT/X-ray technician, and 2 MAs
- Benefit from ownership interest in a lithotripsy unit, offering additional income potential
- Receive family-friendly relocation support to help you transition smoothly
Schedule
- Multiple days of blocked surgical time between the hospital and ambulatory surgery center
- Dedicated Monday and Thursday robotic surgery blocks, with flexibility to expand
- Shared call rotation averaging 3-5 days per month
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary starting at 600,000 - 700,000, with a production bonus opportunity
- Total earnings exceed 1,000,000
- 1,200 call stipend for anything over 7 days
- 200,000 Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and annual CME allowance
