Recruiter

DSS is seeking a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join our team and help connect top talent with meaningful opportunities. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients, strengthening our candidate pipeline, and contributing to a high-performing, serviceoriented staffing operation.

What You’ll Do
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, clerical, and professional roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job posting to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand workforce needs and deliver qualified talent
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the ATS and ensure compliance with company and client requirements
• Provide exceptional service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience at every step
