Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable Electronic Assembler for a company based in Oviedo, FL. In this role, you will assemble medical products in a cleanroom environment while following GMP standards, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure product safety and compliance.

Pay Rate
$23 - $25 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Electronic Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
- Production Assembly: Assemble medical products (e.g., kits, components) by hand or using tools following technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts and complete assemblies to meet quality standards.
- GMP Adherence: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
- Documentation: Maintain Accurate production records for traceability.
- Clean Room Maintenance: Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components and wiring.
- Assemble miniature electromechanical devices with high accuracy
- Follow detailed written instructions, schematics, and work orders
Electronic Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Previous manufacturing experience, particularly in medical devices, is highly preferred.
- Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination for handling small parts
- Current or previous IPC J-STD-001 certification required.
- Experience with fine-pitch or miniature component soldering preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
