Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a long-term care and nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and monitor any changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Provide direct patient care along with emotional support
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow nursing standards, policies, and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
