Job Description

·                     Lead and develop a high-performing IT team within a managed service

·                     Directly manage a group of engineers and help desk

·                     Design, build out, and optimize IT systems and infrastructure to support organizational growth

·                     Serve as the technical lead for networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and related technologies

·                     Perform remote work approximately 80–90% of the time while maintaining strong team engagement

·                     Collaborate closely with leadership to cultivate company culture, drive business objectives, and develop team capabilities

Key Requirements 

·                     Proven experience working within a managed service provider (MSP) environment

·                     Strong leadership skills combined with deep technical expertise in networking Microsoft 365

·                     Demonstrated ability to build out and close out IT systems in partnership with customers

·                     BS degree preferred
