Diagnostic Imaging Technologist (CT & MRI)

CT / MRI Technologist – Full Time

Pay Range : $87,700 – $129,000 per year (Depends on Experience)
Day Shift | Permanent Position

We are seeking a skilled CT/MRI Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. In this role, you will perform CT and MRI imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, high-quality imaging results, and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and MRI imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare, position, and educate patients about imaging procedures to ensure comfort and understanding
• Operate imaging equipment safely while maintaining high image quality
• Follow radiation safety standards (ALARA) and departmental policies
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR, PACS, and RIS/HIS systems
• Assist with additional imaging modalities when needed
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support patient care
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate service support if necessary
• Assist with clerical tasks, patient transport, and supply inventory as required

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT certification in Radiology (R) required
• ARRT certification in CT and MRI required
• Current BLS certification (or obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of CT/MRI technologist experience
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures, patient safety, and equipment operation
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Radiologic/CT/MRI Technologist
• Experience with PACS and RIS/HIS systems
• Cross-training in other imaging modalities such as DEXA or Mammography
