Role Overview
This is a Radiology/X-ray Tech position focused on imaging rather than full nursing care.
Daily Work Includes:
- Performing X-rays using radiation safety (ALARA principle)
- Preparing and sending images to radiologists
- Basic patient care:
- Vitals
- Patient history
- Assisting with movement/transport
- Maintaining equipment & room readiness
Requirements
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification
- Florida state license
- BLS within 30 days
- No experience required (new grads welcome)
Compensation
- Base Pay: $24 – $36/hr
- Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$3.25
- Weekends: +$2.00
- Evenings: +$2.00
- Holidays: 1.5× pay
- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
- Relocation: Case-by-case
