Job Description

Job Title: Benefits & Compensation Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Hybrid)
Shift: Days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay: Starting at $48.70/hr (DOE)

Role Summary:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs. Acts as a subject matter expert to support leadership on compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead compensation programs, projects, and initiatives
Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and job analyses
Ensure compliance with compensation laws (FLSA, wage laws, etc.)
Develop reports, data models, and compensation insights
Advise leadership on compensation strategies and structures
Maintain job descriptions and career path documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, or related)
4+ years experience in Compensation/HR
