Education
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) - Required
- Associate degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science from an accredited institution - Required
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- 1 year of clinical lab experience - Required
- Knowledge of universal infection and prevention protocol and standard safety practices and procedures.
- Skill in operating standard laboratory equipment.
- Ability to evaluate laboratory test results.
Licensure/Certification(s) Preferred
- ASCPA/NCA certification - Required
