  • Tackle system-wide failures, design flaws, and issues requiring code-level intervention or infrastructure changes
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems, implement permanent fixes, and maintain the organization's most critical systems.
  • Partner directly with client stakeholders during high-priority or sensitive situations
  • Work closely with leadership and sales-aligned technical resources while maintaining ownership of execution and delivery
  • Contribute to help desk and reactive support as client volume fluctuates
  • Mentor junior engineers and help raise the technical bar across the team
  • Follow and help refine SLAs, SOPs, and service standards as the MSP scales
Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred

  • Proven Tier III troubleshooting and project execution experience
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira Service Management)
  • Strong working knowledge across Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, InTune, OS Devices, and Cisco Meraki
  • Experience with endpoint security, MFA, backup, NOC, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse client environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • CompTIA certifications are highly preferred
