We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care (pediatrics to geriatrics)
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and immunizations
• Perform minor in-office procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain EMR documentation

Requirements:

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active/eligible Oregon license
• 2+ years outpatient primary care experience preferred
