None/Holiday coverage if required
- Experience with Eye exam intakes, dilation, visual fields, and OCT Testing - [Required]
- Experience with Adult Population - Required
- JCAHPO Certification must be included with submission - [Required]
- Cerner experience - [Preferred]
- Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Certification Requirements - ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- JCAHPO
