Job Title: Career Navigator
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $56,513.60 – $84,780.80 annually

Job Summary:
The Career Navigator guides internal staff and external candidates through healthcare career pathways by providing career coaching, education guidance, and workforce development support. This role helps build talent pipelines and strengthens partnerships with community and academic organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career counseling and guidance on healthcare career pathways.
• Conduct career assessments and create personalized development plans.
• Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and job readiness.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and workforce agencies.
• Track participant progress and maintain program records and reports.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and community events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in career development, talent acquisition, or workforce development.
• Knowledge of healthcare career pathways and workforce programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
