URGENT HIRE - Medical Lab Technician + Sign on: $15K

We are seeking an URGENT HIRE - Medical Lab Technician + Sign On: $15K to join our team! You will be responsible for performing medical tests for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.

Available Shifts:

• Days (7A-7:30P with Rotating Weekends) 
• Nights (7P-7:30A with Rotating Weekends) 

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and immunology.
• Report test results following clinic protocols alerting providers and/or nurses about abnormal results.
• Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record keeping.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

• Medical laboratory experience preferred. As long as candidate has state license as generalist (or qualifies for one)- they are willing to train based on any years of experience had.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s Degree or higher is preferred
• MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required
• State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician License

Shift Differentials:

• Evenings ($1.45)
• Nights ($2.50)
