· Manage and grow a department of 3 Commissioning Agents while expanding team capabilities
· Perform client-facing activities for both Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning projects
· Identify new business opportunities and guide clients through the proposal and contracting process
· Mentor team members and drive overall department growth and development
Key Requirements
· Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems
· Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams
· Genuine interest and aptitude in Business Development
· BS/BA degree required
