Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist Type of Employment: Contract to Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite Compensation: $26-$30 an hour Location: NE Portland, OR Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Tigard, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
• Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
• Following up on overdue accounts
• Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.

To be a suitable candidate, you must have:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong customer service abilities
• Proficiency in multitasking
• Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
