• Checks eligibility requirements (ex: Medicare #, Medicaid #, SEP, verification of Part A/B, in service area etc) of all applications using Salesforce, Marx, and ePACES
• Verifies sales representative and member signature matches; if signature is invalid, escalate to sales representative to have manager call member to confirm plan. 
• Tracks all errors sales representatives made on applications (in excel)
• Salesforce, manually update
• Enter information into Salesforce, quality check and process application
