Paralegal

We are seeking a Defense Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of recent experience in general liability. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with billing and time entry in compliance with client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of defense litigation paralegal experience

• Experience in general liability matters

• Ability to accurately track time and bill per client guidelines

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Summarize records from associations, homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, and related project files

• Prepare case summaries and chronologies

• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel

• Support case management and documentation processes
