LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire a Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy and fast-paced litigation practice. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing litigation workflows from pre-filing through trial.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and legal support skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing deadlines and case documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court deadlines
- Assist with electronic filing in state and federal courts
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial preparation materials
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant in a law firm setting
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation
