About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across critical and non-critical settings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment and is passionate about patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions
- Administer respiratory therapies (nebulizers, oxygen, ventilators, etc.)
- Manage mechanical ventilation (invasive & non-invasive)
- Respond to emergency situations (Code Blue, rapid response calls)
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
- CRT or RRT certification (NBRC)
- Valid Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification (within 2 months of hire)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- New grads welcome (0–6 months experience)
Schedule & Pay
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 3 days/week (36 hours)
- Sign-on bonus / relocation assistance available
