Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

Location: North Austin
Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time

***Must be open to part-time hours***

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or account-related questions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding customer needs or concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Must be open to part-time work; full-time hours may be available but part-time availability is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with computers and navigating multiple systems.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a bilingual customer service environment.
