Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Planning & Budgeting
Tulsa, Oklahoma | Full-time | Direct Hire

Salary: $68,000 – $102,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Facility is seeking a detail-driven Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across key departments. This role partners with leadership to deliver financial insights, monitor budget performance, and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Perform grant-related financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting
• Monitor actual vs. budget performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and financial reports
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
• Assist with month-end close processes and financial presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of financial analysis experience
• Strong advanced Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• CPA certification
• Experience with Epic or Workday
• PowerPoint for financial presentations
