Medical Assistant (CMA)| LPN - Clinic Role "High Demand"

Schedule

• Shift: Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Hours: 8 hours/day
• Pay Period: 80 hours (bi-weekly)
• Weekend/On-Call: None

Compensation

• CMA: $22.23 – $27.37/hour
• LPN: $24.50 – $32.77/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage patient flow
• Assist providers with patient care (all age groups)
• Perform both clinical and administrative tasks:
• • Patient rooming
  • Administer injections, immunizations, medications
  • Lab specimen collection & phlebotomy
  • Basic lab testing
  • X-ray duties (if certified)
  • Front desk/check-in support
  • Supply ordering & prior authorizations
  • Phone support & prescription refills
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and providers
• Follow state guidelines (Minnesota Board standards)

Requirements

For CMA

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of accredited MA program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or RMA
• Previous clinical experience
• BLS Certification (required)

For LPN

• Active Minnesota PN license
• Previous clinical experience
• BLS Certification (required)
