Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)

We’re seeking experienced and detail‐oriented Telemetry Registered Nurses to care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. If you’re confident in rhythm interpretation, early intervention, and collaborative care, this per diem role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

• Per Diem
• 12‐Hour Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying abnormalities and escalating concerns appropriately
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry data
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders
• Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, post‐procedural, and chronic medical conditions
• Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and initiate timely interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, monitor technicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and recovery plans
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality‐of‐care standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry, PCU, Step‐Down, or acute care RN experience required
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast‐paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Calm, confident clinical judgment and attention to detail
