Technical Assembler (Wiring & Panel Build)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Assembler with hands-on experience in wiring and electro-mechanical assembly. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and has experience working with wiring, connectors, and panel builds in a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring, including running wires and installing connectors
• Assemble and wire electrical panels based on blueprints and schematics
• Use hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, and wiring tools to complete assemblies
• Interpret and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics accurately
• Utilize multimeters and other testing equipment to ensure proper connections and functionality
• Maintain high levels of precision and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
• Support production needs in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience with wiring, connectors, and cable assembly
• Knowledge of crimping tools and proper wiring techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with multimeters and basic electrical testing
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools
• Background in process control, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
