Job Description

·         Program CNC machines including turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn operations across 3-5 axis platforms

·         Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs utilizing G-code, proprietary software, or conversational controls

·         Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to ensure efficient machining across a variety of materials

·         Maintain comprehensive records of setups, tooling configurations, and process notes to ensure repeatability and consistency

·         Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to drive design-for-manufacturability improvements

Key Requirements 

·                     Demonstrated strong ability to program and troubleshoot CNC machines

·                     Proficient in CAM software with experience optimizing and running CNC programs

·                     Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
