Geriatrics Physician | Klamath Falls, OR
We are hiring a Geriatrics Physician to provide outpatient care focused on elderly patients, emphasizing chronic disease management and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for geriatric patients
- Manage chronic conditions, polypharmacy, and age-related illnesses
- Conduct cognitive, functional, and preventive assessments
- Coordinate care with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Requirements:
- MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Geriatrics or Internal/Family Medicine
- Active/eligible Oregon license
- 2+ years geriatric or outpatient care experience preferred
