Physical Therapist
Locations: Muskogee/ Tulsa, OK
Pay Range: $39.78 – $59.68/hr
Incentives: $15K Sign-On Bonus + $10K Relocation
Schedule:
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours: 40/week (8-hour shifts)
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with patients and families
- Ability to interpret journals, procedures, and regulations
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Provides clinical care, documentation, and patient education
- Maintains records and completes daily patient charges
Education & Licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Valid Oklahoma PT License or Temporary Authorization
- Experience: 0–6 months required
- 1 year of experience preferred
