Job Description

• Program building automation systems (BAS) including HVAC, lighting, and energy management controls.
• Develop control logic, sequences of operation, graphics, and system documentation.
• Commission and troubleshoot BAS installations to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, mechanical engineers, and field technicians to deliver high-quality control solutions.
• Support system upgrades, retrofits, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience BAS programming (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Trane, Distech, Schneider, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
