Registered Nurse - Staffing Pool (Urgent Hiring)

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Staffing Pool to provide flexible nursing support across multiple inpatient units. In this float role, you will deliver high-quality patient care while adapting to different departments based on hospital needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, competent patient care across various units
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Perform clinical procedures such as IV insertion, PICC line care, and monitoring
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Active RN License – North Carolina (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification (required)
• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Night Differential: +$6.00/hr
• Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr

Schedule:

• Full-time (36 hours/week)
• 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts
• Float position across units
