Overview
- Location: Ocala, Florida
- Facility: 323-bed hospital, Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Role: Radiologic Technologist (X-ray focused)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-rays following safety protocols (ALARA)
- Send images to radiologists for review
- Take vital signs & patient history
- Assist with:
- Patient movement/transfers
- Exam prep
- Specimen collection
- Maintain room cleanliness and supplies
- Transport patients when needed
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification required
- Florida state license required
- No experience required (new grads welcome)
Salary & Compensation
- $24– $36/hour
- Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$3.25
- Weekends: +$2.00
- Evenings: +$2.00
- Holidays: 1.5× pay
- Sign-on bonus: $7,500
- Relocation assistance (case-by-case)
Work Schedule
- Day or night shifts
- Rotating weekends required
